A sketch of a character for a game I'm making. Actually, it's partially made, you may play the gameplay demo over at Newgrounds in the link provided below.

As for the character, since this is her first draft, too much Miku and not enough Abby Sciuto. Armed with a Tonfa Buster, a riot shield, and what's suppose to be a high powered sniper rifle.

She was conceived a couple of days after the cancellation of Megaman Legends 3, and hopefully you may spot the influence. Primarily, I thought of Sniper Joe, which is where the shield and gun (Tonfa Buster). The pieces holding her pigtails together are suppose to resemble the "earholes" in Megaman's helmet. If I drew her full body, then you would see that she wears Batwing chaps to emulate the wide lower legs the series robots tend to have. Since this game's characters are based on character archetypes, I chose Gurren Lagann's Yoko as another influence by giving her a rifle. She's also suppose to have a scarf (to also resemble Protoman's) and a pair of googles (somehow workin Sniper Joe's one eye).

I drew this while recording it with the 3DS's new video recording update, so yeah, I drew it in under ten minutes (plus 30 seconds for that rough rifle). It'll up on Youtube soon.
